Meet Our Founder

Dr. Jeannine Nickhol Williams is the CEO and founder of Jae-9’s Educational Consulting. She passionately believes in helping people and organizations to help themselves. Dr. Williams has been highly successful in providing training and development to for for-profit and nonprofit organizations.

 

Throughout her career, Dr. Williams has placed a strong emphasis on adult education, human resource development, diversity, equity, and inclusion, cultural competencies, strategic planning, administrative operations, supervision, and organizational development.

 

Dr. Williams completed her doctoral studies at Gwynedd Mercy University, and serves as an administrator in K-12 and an adjunct professor in the Principal Preparation Master’s Program at Illinois State University.

 

In addition, Dr. Williams served as the Associate Dean for Student Affairs at Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts and Coordinator of Residence Life at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia.

 

Prior to her arrival at VCU, she worked at the State University of New-Paltz, New York where she held a series of positions within the student affairs division. Dr. Williams graduated from Central Michigan University with a BA in Interpersonal and Public Communication with a concentration in organizational development and earned a minor in Business Administration.

 

Dr. Williams received her MS in Educational Administration and Supervision from the State University of New Paltz, New York. Further, she earned a Post-Baccalaureate Certification in Human Resource Development from Virginia Commonwealth University.

 

Moreover, Dr. Williams earned the Divinity Certification from Faith Harvest Ministry in 2009. Lastly, she completed a Masters in Guidance Counseling from Spring Arbor University.

 

Dr. Williams is married to Mr. Anthony Gayle Williams and she is a proud parent of one daughter (Brianna Nicole), four adult children, and eleven grandchildren through her marriage. Dr. Williams firmly believes that charity begins at home. Moreover, Dr. Williams is the youngest of four children, enjoys writing poetry, spending quality time with her family and close friends, traveling and giving back to her community via her time, talents, and resources.
